I just wanted my tires back...

I wanted to keep my old tires, however when I went to pick them up (they FORGOT) to put them in my car before they delivered it. They just so happen to either sell/give away one of my tires w/in a 5 hour period. After two weeks, five different stories, a manager who laughed at me, another worker that screamed at me for asking for my tire back, and having to contact the regional manager, I have my tire back. This shouldn't have happened, not to me, not to anyone. I do not understand how you can sell/give away someone else's property when they wanted it back. To think, they make you pay for disposal, however sometimes people take the tires out of the bin, or they "sell" them. I wonder if these people that pay for the disposal get their money back? Further, I wonder if they get the money for their tire that they sold? At this point, after the customer service and lies I was told, I won't be back. Not now, not ever.
