I purchased new tires, had an alignment done and oil change completed. Great job! Timely. Brent was an awesome service person!
Asked about a 'conventional' (a term for non-synthetic) oil change and got synthetic blend. Not an issue with the vehicle worked on but a grave concern for my other vehicle requiring non-synthetic oil. Not sure if I'll be going back for this lack of clarity.
I love you guys but you never re-correct my menu listing in the car after you do the work and then it is all botched up
I bought new brake pads, rotors, and tires all at one time. I've had numerous problems with the brake rotors starting at day 1. Schierl never once did anything to resolve the situation. Instead, they continue to machine the rotors and charge me for the service. Not only costing me more money but taking more life span off the rotors themselves, when they should have replaced the rotors completely on their dime. I've paid to have them fixed at least 3 separate times now. Not to mention the tires. Numerous ongoing problems with the tires. I will never spend a dime at this business again. They not only lost a loyal customer, but they treated me terrible in the process. A Better Business Bureau complaint will be issued.

Had a problem with my Air suspension on my tow vehicle on 10/13. Called into Weston location and spoke to AJ. He said they were busy until Tues. but if I wanted to drop my vehicle off before that they would try and check out earlier. I dropped the vehicle off late Sunday night, I got a call from AJ on Monday morning that he had inspected air suspension and told me what he found with holes in the air bags. I was not happy with this feature on my vehicle as I use this car only for towing my boat. AJ said he could investigate the option of replacing the air suspension with a standard lift kit to take away my frustration. I was extremely happy, the dealership I took this vehicle to 5 years ago to have one of the air bags fixed said there was no way to modify the suspension package-But AJ and Schierl could. AJ was going to order parts and have my vehicle done on Wed. You want to talk about the best customer service and and can do attitude. Schierl Tire in Weston gets all my vehicle Business
