Fast oil change

Got my co. Car in for an oil change and tire rotation on short notice and as always, great service from Chris and everyone at aguire tire in Weston. Tire tread was getting low so Chris wrote up a new tire proposal for me to submit to my co.- will get new tires from this location again as the service has always been great and they stand behind the Goodyear tires. I have 6 vehicles and all of them are serviced at Schierl.

Recent visit

Not good, the rear differential seal that was replaced yesterday leaked all night, the front axle seal that was replaced on the pervious visit is leaking as well. I had to defend my position that in fact the front left seal had been replaced with the counter person, we need to get these issues resolved. It seems as if the details are being overlooked, I have invested a lot of time and money and so far it still leaks.. Frustrating.

Awesome work

Traveling to Green Bay to go camping and we blew a tire on our RV trailer. We changed out the tire but our trailer brake wires were out of Commission. We gave them a call and your staff was super awesome trying to get us to one of your shops that were closer to us but they were all booked up. We were 1 hour away and they said they would try to fit us in. We arrived at 2pm and they were able to get us in and it only took about an hour to repair our trailer brakes. They saved the day and made us feel super comfortable about getting back on the road again. All I can say is your staff there are AWESOME. Friendly and super nice and very fast on the repair. Only 1 side of the trailer wires were broken and they re did the other side. I am very satisfied with the work they performed You guys all get a A+ in my book. Great job. I would recommend them to everybody I know. Awesome job!!!!!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you.

Excellent service

Had tires installed. Not only was I happy with the price as compared to other tire places, but Chris provided top-notch customer service. He was great to work with. In large part due to Chris's assistance I will return for other vehicle needs. I highly recommend the Weston store.

Mtr Hm Oil Chg

We scheduled the 6/28 service right after returning from a 5k mile trip out west. We had replaced tires and had a full service oil change at the end of March on this vehicle at this same location in prep for this trip. We had requested synthetic oil knowing we would be putting on many miles. So come to find out the March oil was a synthetic blend, not full synthetic. We were also now told the tire rotation and rebalance is not included for our vehicle. Our receipt indicates we paid for lifetime rotate and rebalance. So what is correct? Also we expected that the multi-point inspection would have been provided and that appears not to have been done, as we cleaned out the air filter several days later and it was packed full of "stuff". Is that not included with the courtesy check? We have in the past been pleased with the service received at this location, but have questions about the recent visit.
