Front desk service was great. I waited for 40 minutes because Megan first ordered the parts when my car got there. She never said a word to me until I was speaking with a counter person, THEN she decided to tell me why my 1 hour appointment had now turned into an hour and 40 minute appointment. I received apologies from the front desk people, not Megan. Megan also didn't bother to look at me or make eye contact while snapping out her reasoning. This was very rude and discourteous.
