I came in without an appointment. There was a squeal in the brakes and I was driving back to Vermont (1200 miles away) the next day. Not only did they repair my car (replaced front brakes and rotors) on the spot, but for considerably less than the dealer. The staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help a traveler in need. The work was executed skillfully at a good price.
If I had known the price was going to be so low, I would have brought my car in a long time ago. They were so friendly and what a nice place to wait for the service on your car to be done, they have everything to make you feel comfortable. I will definitely be back.

I was enroute to northern Wisconsin when the "low tire pressure" message appeared on the car I was driving. The first garage I stopped at didn't have the correct tires in stock, but I was very grateful to receive the good advice to stop at Schierl Tire in nearby Plover.Tom was at their main desk, and very capably handled all the necessary arrangements to get me back on the road before they closed at noon on Saturday. It was impressive to learn they had a good selection of tires in stock. Their entire operation was well run and I trusted Tom's recommendations.
I had a dead battery, so I called and they were able to get me in the same day. They tested my car and were able to tell me it was the battery and not the alternator. They replaced my battery and were able to answer all my questions. Thanks!
