Our vehicle was in for service and a mistake happened that damaged another part. Jason, the manager, called me to explain 1) What happened, 2) Why it happened, 3) To apologize, 4) What was being done to fix the problem, and 5) To offer me a loaner car for the extra day my vehicle was out of service. Jason's explanation of what happened and why it happened accompanied by several apologies was truly appreciated. His explanation was courteous and thorough. A day later our car was back on the road and running great. Thanks Jason!

We were traveling through the area visiting family and friends and got a low tire pressure indicator light on our rental car. Rather than push our luck we headed to Shierl Tire in Plover. We were greeted by Tom, i believe, whose customer service skills are exemplary. Not only did he get us in on the already booked up service schedule, he contacted the rental car company to authorize the work and subsequent charges, on our behalf. We certainly did not expect that. Highly recommend the team at Schierl Plover!
On a cold day when I missed a previous appointment they not only took care of my car they also made sure Everything was fixed !!Gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was finished..this Business Tops my Day!!Excellent people. Thank you !!Tops my day !
