Don't forget to top off

In the last three times I've had my oil change here, topping off the fluids seems to be forgotten - in particular the windshield washer and previously the radiator. I've had to come back so they can do what was promised. In my most recent service, the mechanic forgot to return my wheel lock and to top off the windshield washer fluid. The mechanic did say "sorry for the inconvenience" which I appreciated. I'd give them a five-star if those two things were not missed.
