I/we have been coming to Mountain View tire for more than 14 years. We originally got a recommendation from my husbands sister who wouldnt go any where else either. We always are pleased with the service and especially with Robert. He always is honest and gives us options and timelines that work for us. If something is wearing out but can wait for 6 months he lets us know so we have time to save for the repair in the future if we cant afford to fix it right away. We are as committed to always being committed customers as he is in assuring we get top notch services. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

Robert sold me a great set of tires at a decent price and helped me fill out the Goodyear rebate form. I left the car at the shop and got the "finished" call about 1-1/2 hour later. I call that good service.

Found a nail in my tire on Saturday evening. Knowing I needed to drive to San Diego the next day I was worried about getting it fixed in time. I also knew that I was about due for 4 new tires. Looked on line and saw that Mountain View, my prior tire store, was open on Sunday. I showed up at 7:45 and Robert, the manager, was already there. Showed him my problem and he recommended new tires all around. And yes, my tires were in stock. I needed to be out of there by 9 AM and they did the whole job and had me back on the road by 8:50! Just amazing. This is MY tire store - and always will be.
Called to inquire about tire availability for my car, as well as pricing.George answered the phone, and was warm, friendly, and courteous.Two hours later I had new tires and very satisfied with service.
