Excellent . Above and beyond expected service and honesty.Didn't have my car to return there when I left fob but not key to glove box. The tire rim lock was in there. Robert came to my home to pick it up!!I was told by the Honda dealer that I was due for brakes. When I picked up the car , lube and oil, brakes were not done. Why? They were not needed. Honesty, especially at this time when business in not booming, is so rare. Mountain View Tire on Town Center Way in Palm Desert, and especially Robert, deserve a commendation

My Ford Edge has 91,000+ miles on it. Except for the initial service and two recalls, Mountain View has been the only place I have taken my car. Robert is a very honest service manager and his crew are very good mechanics. If Robert tells me something needs to be done I do it and I know he will give me a fair price. My wife has a Solara and Mtn View is the only place she take her car.
