Mountain View Tire & Svc

Brought truck in to have back latch fixed. When I go it home it did not work, had to take another day and return the truck the next day. Technician indicated they Brock another piece fixing the broken part the day before. Fixed it again, another full day at the shop. I am happy they fixed it, but why did they send it home the first day broken. Work should have been check before they sent it home with me @ 6:00 PM the day before. I should have check before I left but took them at their word when they told me it was working great now when in reality it was not fixed! Lesson to the technicians, check your work!

Manager Tony and my favorite mechanic Carlos took great care of me when I dropped in on a Sunday for a LOF / tire rotation & alignment.

I've been going there for a long time. I walked in and the attendant was helping someone. The attendant was rude to the lady She left not happy. I was there for an oil change. I had a coupon for an oil change I got be email. He did not care to see it. He said I'll only take five dollars off. I did not want to argue. He said it would be 45 minutes I said ok. I left came back an hour later my car was not ready. I asked how much longer he said a few minutes. I waited over 2 hours. The attendant was rude unprofessional incompetent. Another patron in the waiting area was not happy with his experience either. I will not recommend or go to another mountain view again.

Please let me know when I bring my car in that you do not have the correct filter and thus the oil change will take longer than expected.

I had a punctured Tire on our new truck and needed to replace it with the exact tire and they Mountain View was able to find it for me and even put my spare back thank you Mountain View
