Lost Trust

Unfortunately I was told I needed rear shocks. I had said I thought I had the replaced they said no that the fronts were replaced They also said they appeared to be original shocks. I approved to replace. after checking my past paperwork the rear shocks were replaced 1-year ago by this storeI had to show them my paperwork to proveThey then acknowledged it. This avoided me being charged over $500. Ive taken all my cars and never questioned the recommendation for repair. Disappointed in this visit

Mistake putting the wrong tire

Bad service I wanted to run flat tire they didnt put it on the guy told me that my other tires wont run flat so I called the other place that I had got them and they said they were the car was balanced and aligned not well at all .. I went back the manager took care of it he ordered me the right tire I appreciate that but they damaged my rim he said he would call me the next day and he never did .

Oil Change

It was wonderful to be able to get a last minute appointment, especially on a Sunday. Additional servicing was recommended and my vehicle was still ready before closing time.
