1st visit to Matthews Tire

Car was in bay prior to appointment time...Oil change, check out very squeaky belt when starting vehicle, and check remaining tire tread. Oil and lube done...belt no longer noisy...tires in good shape. Representative explained reason for belt problem. Very satisfied with work, time frame and explanations. While waiting I was able to hear several unusual requests for special orders. Follow through to outside vendors made with special orders placed, and customers were advised of solution. Solid Customer Service was exhibited with a smile in all cases!

Great service

Brought my truck in for noise in the brakes. Found out it was only a small lodged stone. Very quick service and very little cost. Great to work with friendly local folks.
