My trailer tire got nailed

I took my trailer tire into Matthews hoping they would be able to get it done same day. I dropped it off and within an hour they were calling back that it was fixed and ready to go. Super quick Service. Thanks

All went good , made sure all work was done professionally - all questions answered and courteous - Waupaca Matthew Tire has always done good vehicle maintenance on my trucks. Highly recommend Mike and his team.

Rude

We took our car in, told them that the breaks needed to be looked at and that possibly a wheel barring was going out. After $1200 of breaks being replaced which is absolutely INSANE! We were told everything was good to go. We don't even get a block a way and can still hear the wheel barring. We go back in and tell them that it's not fixed and are told women hear things differently. So a MALE gets in the car and hears the same noise as we do. After paying $1200 this trip to get things fixed and many more thousands before this we will not be coming back, we don't like to be treated like we are "stupid women" who don't know what we are talking about.
