Matthews Tire

My experience

I took my F-150 for an oil change to be told later by the guy working the front that the rear brake hoses were "leaking." The truck has 30,000 miles so it seemed odd that would happen especially for both to be leaking. After giving me the 1,000 dollar quote he said to see if it's under warranty through Berstrom. I then take it to Ford in Neenah, they tell me absolutely no leaking after I press and press them about it and the brake pads have at least a couple more oil changes before needing replaced. Yes, I forgot to mention the guy also said my pads were about done. Overall the guy must of thought I was someone to take advantage of and I will never take another vehicle to Matthews Tire. I also feel like Mattews Tire should reemberse me for having to get it inspected by Ford or give me a refund for the oil change they did. I ended up spending double for a routine oil change because of the workers incompetence.

Mathews tire

I am happy with the work done to replace the tire sensor. The service writer told me that the rear end was wet. I examined the car underside later and found it completely covered wit an oily black residue. Why not wash it off when the car was on the hoist. I was sitting in the waiting area. I would have paid for that service then. I am sure tat it would have taken 10 minutes. Now I have to reschedule to have it done and it will not be with you.

No masks on the front desk

There is a sign on the front door stating that Matthews Tire is following the CDC guidelines. Neither of the front desk people who helped me were wearing a mask. It shows that you dont care about customers. I was wearing a mask so I guess that means that I care about your employees.

As have been all of my experiences at Matthews, the team dies a great job.
