Not happy

Usually, Matthew's gets done what Needs to be done. Not so this time. I authorized one part change for $200 to fix the switch four my 4 wheel drive. That did not work. I was told it needed a second part changed for an additional $200. I gave the OK only to hear back from them the next day telling me the fix would be another $500. I refused and picked up my truck. $400 out and with the exact same problem that I started with. What I did was pay $400 for a diagnoses and a couple new parts with no fix.
