Despite the shop having a busy Saturday, they were able to take and repair my tire with a quick turnaround. Staff was helpful and friendly.
After driving for 1.5 hours to Menasha for a cookout, I found out that I had a nail stuck in my tire. It was 5:40 pm, and I know that Mathews Tire closed at 6 pm. I quickly drove there and, even though it was very close to closing time, the guys put a plug in my tire. I am so thankful for the guys at Mathews Tire.
I give Matthews Tire five stars. I recommend them to everyone I can. They are all knowledgeable plus they are courteous and friendly.

I'm grateful for the whole team at Mathews and am consistently amazed at how friendly and helpful they all are. I've been taking my vehicles there since the early 90s and have always appreciated how honest they are about what really needs to be done vs what can wait. Great service and quality at a great price.
With the 3 different locations, Matthews was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my import the day I called them. Other places had me on a two week waiting list. When I researched repair cost, my total cost was in the lower end of the range given.
You guys do good mechanical work, but are terrible drivers. Hence my car shall be fixed by you, so it looks like new. My poor packer green car.
The people at this location are absolutely first class. They are always making sure my vehicles are running great.

Excellent customer service. Monica was helping me initially but the gentleman helping me at the end of the day was wonderful as well
