The day I brought my car in for service I received terrible news that a close family member had passed away. As I walked in the office I was clearly upset and I needed my car to drive 1.5 hours to be with family. Monica not only hurried to get me in and out she offered me a Kleenex and offered a ride. She wanted to make sure I was ok to drive. I cannot express to you how kind and caring she was. It had only been moments since the terrible news and I was a mess. Matthews again provided expert service and value. I brought in a new 37" Nitto Trail Grappler that needed switched with one that had side wall cut. They mounted, balanced and rotated all 5 tires quickly. Not an easy job as each weighs around 120#
