I have put off purchasing tires for my car for way too long. First it was the cost and then it was the pandemic and finally I did it. I was so happy with how Matthew's Tires treated me and answered all my questions in language I could understand. No hidden costs, workers were courteous and work was done timely. Will be a repeat customer.
I cam in for an estimate on a repair. I told them to call me before doing repair, thinking that I would have a choice as to weather I was going to spend any money there. However I was surprised to learn I owed over $100 just for a repair estimate. I was however given a discount on the service. I understand why I was charged I was just caught off guard. It should have been communicated more clearly.

Couldn't get in for an oil change for over a week at my neighborhood repair shop, so a friend told me to call Matthews Tire. I did, and they got me in the next day.
