Getting new tires put on my wifes car At the Matthews Tire on West College Avenue was about as hassle free as it gets. From the initial phone call to get a quote and then set up a time to have the tires installed to picking the vehicle up was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely buy tires here again.

Service was great as usual. I am concerned though about the staff not wearing face masks in the shop and the staff at the counter whom wearing their face mask very loosely. Most of the guys didn't even have their nose covered. By wearing the mask so poorly this is telling me that the employees don't care about themselves nor their customers. Please start wearing the mask as how they should be worn. The employees need to be informed and educated about the virus.

Was told that the total for my new tires mounted and balanced was going to be around $160. When we picked them up the total was $200. I am in sales myself and being transparent is the foundation of honest business!
