We dropped our truck off the night before in order to get the oil changed the following day as a "work-in." Got the call by 7:20 a.m. that it was done and that we could pick it up whenever it was convenient. We appreciated not only being able to drop it off but the timing for which this was done. Matthews has always given us superior service. We feel confident in their service and recommend them to our friends and family when given the opportunity.

I have been using Matthew's for many years. Over the weekend my flat tire sensor told me I had a flat tire. My husband filled up the tire and monitored it until I could take it in on Monday. On Monday I took it in and was told it wasn't flat, it was the sensor and they would fix it. When they had it fixed I was notified. I asked Dave if there was a charge, I purchased the tires through Matthew's and fixing a flat is free, he said there was...$86.00. I was not expecting that. Since I don't live in Appleton, I think I will find a repair shop closer to home.
