Now a days, unfortunately, you always need to be on your toes about rip offs and dishonest business practices. I have never, never, never had to worry about that at Matthews. They have been extremely helpful, fitting me in at the last minute, and honest about my vehicles. Several times I have had my car in to be looked at, not knowing what was wrong, only to be told it was some very minor issue that had a very minimal or no cost. This is a very honest, professional and friendly organization. Keep up the fantastic customer experience!!!!

Strut replacement

After a supplier could no longer offer struts for my Venza, Matthews Tire was able to find another source. Although the price was higher the delivery was timely and the work was completed fairly quickly. We are back on the road again!

Last Visit

On Friday 4/20/18 I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance, oil, lube, filter, tire rotate, etc. Got a call from Chris the mechanic, informing me of a serious issue with the tires on the vehicle. This caught me completely by surprise. However, with the great assistance of Chris and Amy at the front desk, the manufacturer stood behind the tires and I was on my way down the road with new, safe tires that very afternoon. I can always count on Matthew's Tire to put the customer first. Thank You

Trailer Tire Mounting

I brought in two old trailer tires mounted on some rusty bad looking wheels. Matthews Tire removed the tires and allowed me to take the wheels home so I could clean them up and paint them. I returned the next day to have my new tires mounted on those now new looking wheels. I appreciate their flexibility.

Tire Leak

Staff did a fantastic job, they fixed the tire, did an oil change and put new windshield wipers on the car! The shuttle driver was great in taking me to work and the cashiers did a great job as well.
