1997 Audi A6

The customer service was excellent. Got a loaner car, was very grateful for that. But, after picking up the car yesterday and driving back to Watertown, lots of clunking on the left side, where my rim, tire and bearing were replaced. I called and Tyler checked with mechanic and work order. Nothing was noted. When I steer it clunks badly. It may be tie rods. I am a bit upset that this was not found on the test drive. Now I am in Madison at work and cannot bring it back in. Any suggestions??
