Vibe Flat Tire Issue

Work was completed quickly - tire puncture Tire puncture was severe enough to require a new tire. Because we purchased the tires from you, the replacement was inexpensive.

DEF Suprise

I had my trucks oil changed there for the first time. I purchased the tires with the warranties and rotation for life so I figured I would use you for the oil change. I had asked the last time I had one of our other vehicles in what the cost would be. I was expecting the bill to be in the 75-80 dollar range. It was around 120-130 when I picked it up. I was told it was for 3 gallons of DEF and that all places top off and charge for DEF when getting the oil changed. I asked to have them syphon it out as I wouldnt pay $15+ a gallon for something that runs around $4 a gallon at fleet farm or less at a gas station on the gun. The rep lowered the charge but defended that no one has ever said anything about it before, it is standard practice and most people have no idea that trucks use DEF. It was pretty insulting to me to be treated like an idiot. We all know if we run DEF. They also attempted to have me replace the brake fluid 70K miles early. I am still on the original pads
