Matthews Tire

bought new tires

I bought previous tires from Matthews and they're after sale services is good. And the location is convenient for me. However Matthews is not the place I would want to go for repair work. I have had BAD experiences with that. Also I read that after you put 50 Miles on new tires, you should go back and have the lug nuts re-torque I went back for this and Rick just used a tire iron to retighten. .

Quick n easy process. Very professional.

over the phone I was quoted $370 for 4 tires installed.When I got to the service center they had only 2 tires on my invoice and when that was fixed 4 installed tires were $423 instead of $370.They did give me a discount of $10 so the end price was $413 but I wasn't happy with the $50 dollar price change or the fact that someone didn't even order 4 tires but lucky the tires were in stock at the service center.The Tech getting out of my car used my steering wheel as a pull bar to get out of my car which locked my steering wheel and it took some force pulling the wheel to allow the ignition to be turned.Also my Invoice doesn't show individual break downs of charges everything is Zero and lumped together in one price on the last Item "Premium Tire Installation" Invoices should show each price if you aren't trying to hide anything form the customer.

Service for my 2007 Edge

The Matthew employees were great to work with. They were knowledgeable about what my car needed right now showed me and a few things that I could wait a little while.
