Battery Change
I had a wonderfull experience with a not so wonderful situation. Just when trying to get alot of errands done for Christmas my car battery went went dead. One call to Matthews with help of getting a slight charge from Dan with Heavy D's I was able to still get to the shop expecting service maybe the next day but made it just b/4 closing and battery was tested and replaced! Melissa and the tech that changed battery were extremely friendly! I was/am so grateful! Thank you!

I made an appointment 9:30am via internet, 12-14-16. Rick called me back,and said he could fit us in. Great. Oil change and fix a tire.My wife brings it in and waits there for it. I get a call (10:30) at work(voicemail), to say car is ready. My wife is still there waiting. 11:25, she inquires whether it is done. Les didn't think on checking the waiting room? My wife gets in the car and it looks like someone was looking for something. the inside is all messed up. crazy.
