The Shop Critic

Disappointed after this visit. Told the tires did not need rotation which is done when oil is changed so I said ok. My son the owner of the Jeep noticed they had not been rotated and said this was not the 1st time. He went to store after work, but was told it was not needed. I did not notice receipt said I had refused it being done. I DID NOT REFUSE. I will seriously consider taking my vehicle or his back there again. Use to 5 star, but not this time.

I have taken my 14 year old car to them for a couple of years. have always felt they were honest and helpful. Today brought my new to me malibu to them. I think they shed a tear over not having my old Cavalier. Oh well. Will have to make money off of someone else for a while. In reality Josh and Derrick are great to work with. I will continue to use this place for years to come.

Great service!

As has become standard, my experience with the service provided at Lamb's has been phenomenal! Chris Martinez was my service manager, and he actually worked on his day off to make sure my tires got in ASAP so I could get my car on the road again with minimal down time. The team did good work, and I'm very pleased with the whole experience.

Auto Repair

I originally took my 2005 Malibu in for repair on 01/02/2017. After I got my car back the engine light came back on 3 times. The Manager of the Store assured me the mechanic would find and resolve the issue with my car having the check engine light on. It turned out one of the new parts that was replaced was a faulty product. I am happy with the service that I was given. Thanks to Raven and Craig and Jessie for your determination to get it done.

Inspection

Quite pleased with the friendly service! My only complaint is I'd called ahead to get a price check on a headlight I knew I'd need, I was told they're generally about $5 and upon payment was told it was actually going to be $18. I'd called ahead because I was going to have my fianc buy and replace the light if it were more expensive than $10 because we could purchase it cheaper from a parts store. But, no harm done, the service was exceptional and next time I'll make sure to have the rep check for the actual dollar amount prior to service.

Great Customer Service

I've always gotten in and out with no problems. I deal with Shawn on a regular basis and he always breaks it down to where I can understand. All car repair is expensive but they don't try to rack you over the coals.

Derek was terrific. He provided a prompt review of the issues we were having and the repairs required, and then pointed out some other services for us to consider without trying to hard-sell us on more work than we needed.
