Horrible way to treat women
I came from work to drop off my car just to get an oil change.Waited 10 minutes before I was even spoken to by Chris because him and another worker was having a conversation. Then Chris walked outside to look at my car and told me I need 4 new tires which was a lie i just purchased 4 tires from Firestone about 3 months ago. Then 2 hours later he calls me while im at working stating i need an oil pan and that he striped some nail because whoever changed my the oil in my car last screwed it to tight and that there will be an additional 60.00 Service fee for parts and labor . Seems to me he was trying to get in my pocket with ridiculous additional fees the moment I walked in because I'm a female. I immediately told Chris let me call my husband to inform him and I will call u back . When I called back I told Chris my husband is on his way up there to get my car and take it back to the dealership Chris tells me there will be no additional charge because he cleaned it. Horrible service .
