Lamb's Tire & Automotive #17 (Teravista)

Very disappointed. Had my oil changed and wanted an inspection, but they won't do it if it's raining. All the other shops around do it if it's raining so I had to go elsewhere to have it done. Left the car for two hours for an oil change and it was not ready when I came to pick it up. Took another 25 minutes. I Also found out that I have to bring back my other car they did an oil change on as they didn't reset the computer. More of my time wasted. Disappointed as there close to home and the guys are friendly but I need to know it will be done on time and correctly. Probably won't go back.

I'm very impressed with the service I received this week. Josh was very helpful, polite, and knowledgable and kept me updated throughout the process. I had to have a lot of work done on my front end, but my car is running better than before it broke down. I am also impressed with the 24 month free warranty on the work that they've done. I would definitely recommend this location, it was the best experience I've had with an automotive shop and quickest service considering the amount of work needed done.Happy customer.
