The guys at Lamb's inspected my vehicle when nobody else could. The were my 7th stop of the day. They were cheerful, fast, and very professional. They'll be my first stop from now on!
I always take my car to lambs, but probably won't return to the Lamar location. Everywhere else has made my experience feel as if I was talking to a mechanic I've known my whole life, almost like family. I took my car into the Lamar location and was quoted $299 to install my ac compressor. I wasn't told the other 2 parts would cost extra to put on. I thought everything was a unit and the price I was quoted was for everything. It wasn't until I was at the counter I was informed the other parts would be extra. So I looked like an idiot trying to figure out why the price increased. Then I was told if I had it in writing the price I was quoted followed by a sassy shrug when I said no. The whole interaction felt hostile and I felt like I was just an inconvenience to these people. I appreciate the work, just not the way everything was explained to me. My business will remain with lambs, I just won't return to the Lamar location because of the way I was treated.

Service was friendly. My only issue was that communication got lost somewhere, and it took awhile to get my brakes fixed, and oil didn't get changed. I made an appt the day before for 9A to get my brakes fixed and oil changed. I drive a foreign car, and know that I need to make sure I state what it is so that ample time is allotted, and verify that over and over. At noon they called me, and said they figured out it was my brakes (why 3 hours to figure that out?), and placed an order for the part. 1.5-2 hours later they figured out it was the wrong part. Finally done at 3:45P(missed a full day of work). I picked up my car the guy was super polite, but the oil wasn't changed. I wasn't quite due, but drive about 100-200 miles/day for work, and I was only 300 miles away from needing it; so I wish they would have just done it like I asked. Pretty expensive overall, but I like to think the quality and service is there. Again very friendly staff
Extremely helpful, polite, and made sure I understood the service they were going to do to my car. Very fast. Good first experience with them. I'll definitely go back.
Very professional service and great price. They even drove me home during the wait. Highly recommended!
