I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it in 30 minutes and only charged me $21. I will go back when it's time for new tires
Our car wouldn't start and we were just across the street from Lamb's. Dane, walked over with a battery pack and gave us a jumpstart. I immediately drove over to the shop so they could make sure that there wasn't something more problematic going on. The team did a full check and charged the battery. I couldn't have asked for more.
After work on Wednesday, I drove over a poorly marked barrier which resulted in two completely flat tires. I walked in to Lamb's shortly before they were going to close asking to purchase a couple of tires (not realizing that it wasn't so simple). Dane greeted my friend and I, assessed the situation and realized we were in a tight spot given that it was rush hour and that it would be an all night task to wait for a tow truck. He graciously offered to drive over to the car, grab the tires, return to Lamb's to switch the rims and then drive back and put the tires on! He was a complete lifesaver. Without his help I wouldn't have been able to spend time with my family that evening--a true example of going above and beyond. Thank you!!

I started going to the South Lamar Lamb's location after I moved to Austin last year. The guys have always been friendly, helpful, informative and answered any of my questions. They have a clean professional office and dress code. I love that the record of prior work on my vehicle is on file and they always refer to it. That makes me feel like I'm a lifelong customer, which helps because I'm from a small town where everyone knows everyone. The guys always confirm what we're doing with my car, and don't assume. I love that- feel like personal attention and elevates my trust in this company. I tell everyone to go to Lamb's, and I drive for a ride share company, so I talk to local folks all day. I really hope that you will pass on this review to the staff at South Lamar. They deserve to know how great of a job they do, and to keep it up! With appreciation from a woman who knows what it's like to have a mechanic shop try to take advantage of her, thank you.
