Oil Change at Lamb's

I was very happy with the service and personable staff. I stopped in and they weren't too busy. They got to work right away. I got new wipers too. They have a good selection of oil grades. I would recommend them anytime. They do more than tires and oil too.

I recently took my car in for an oil change and inspection, and when other issues came up with my car, my rep explained things clearly with options for price and with easy to understand priorities of what needed to be fixed, what I should consult my dealer about, and all with no sales pressure just honest facts. From the moment I walked in the door to when they opened my car door for me once it was repaired, I felt like a well-valued customer.

Initially I would say good service, but after having the oil changed the filter seal was leaking badly on a trip and forced us to have the work redone at another service station out of state. I sent an email to the local Lambs on South Lamar and got no response - so I am going to rate the follow-up service as poor and doubt I will take any vehicles there again.

Poor communication

First they didnt have the tool to change the intake plugs on my 2012 Ram 4.7 and then they didnt change the ones they could or change the wires.

Lamb’s Tire & Automotive was founded more than 25 years ago, when we opened the doors of our very first store on Ben White Boulevard in 1987.
