I came in for a routine oil change. I also have a piece of plastic that came loose from the chassis a white ago. Previously, the dealer had zip-tied the plastic to keep it off of the ground. I asked for them to look at it to see if it would be a quick fix. When i left, there was no mention of the plastic and it was still hanging down, like my request had been ignored. Additionally, there was no sticker on my windshield notifying me of my next oil change date.
What can I saw WOW! Dane, Todd and team surprised me once again. Mike the Lead tech provided the best service, conversation and workmanship I have ever received. I was in and out very quick but was given the knowledge of my services that I needed to take care of and the others I can wait on.
Nice shop nice guy's, got there a little before business hours and they let me in and immediately helped me with service. Inspection was completed promptly and advise given for further preventive maintenance.
Todd and team treated me and my 1970 Cadillac Deville really well! It needed alot of work and these guys really put in the extra mile. Thank again!.

2 hours for an oil change is not an ideal situation when you have made an appointment. They broke my dipstick holder and failed to tell me about it. I had to order a new one and will replace myself.
