I've been taking my Crosstour to Lamb's on Research since I bought it new in 2012. I needed an oil change and was having some vibration when accelerating. The mechanic quickly determined I had a bent wheel and Chris gave me all the options with pricing. I was able to drive my car home (they put on my spare) and come back the next day to get the repaired wheel reinstalled. All smooth and painless. Great communication, quick service, a and great customer experience.
