The day before spring break vacation with my family, Chris Randall, assistant Mgr, informed me that I needed new break pads. A long drive with my family the next day was too important to delay. Chris stayed past closing to finish the job. 5 stars!
I was a little disappointed with this experience. I was told I needed a new thermostat but I brought it in because of my alternator. It was suggested to me that I get the thermostat replaced, I asked the technician to look up what I had done my last visit, and the thermostat was on there. You guys had already replaced it a month or so ago. Long story short If I hadn't remembered you guys already replacing it I would've paid good money to have you redo something that would already been done and was working just fine. What brought up the whole issue was that there was some staining, not an active leak found. That's how it was explained to me on the backpedal. Also I had to wait an extra hour to get the alternator installed because your supply company kept bringing either the wrong alternator or the alternator they brought the second time there was something wrong with it. By the third time it actually worked. I have experienced all of these issues before but with other mechanics. I was having flashbacks of why I left my previous mechanic in the first place.
Went in for an oil change - was told I needed new radiator hoses. Original quote was far too high, but they were able to match a competitor quote. Was told later that while my car was under their care, my struts locked up. I was fully prepared to give them a piece of my mind and never come back after years of being a customer, but they offered to cover the cost of the struts replacement and gave me a ride home. I appreciated their integrity during this matter and willingness to make it work for me.
Nice, friendly, fast service, explaining what and why. Honestly refused unnecessary service suggested by another shop.

This Lambs Tire and automotive is my Go To shop for all my repairs. They just completed an AC tuneup and fixed the Blender Door issue on my Ford f-150. It was fixed quickly(one day) with very reasonable charges. Everyone was professional, courteous, and helpful.
I like it that I can make an appointment and that it is kept. Chris was most helpful in discussing with me the work that needed to be done. He met me on my arrival and escorted me out when my car was ready. Very nice service.
