Everything went well. They were fast and efficient and warned me my air filter was getting a little dirty and would probably be due for a change the next time I got my oil changed. So useful and fast! :D
Lamb's honored my coupons without question and gave me really good pricing on the multiple services I had performed. Staff were friendly and professional. I used to go to the dealership in Round Rock for services but since the car is out of warranty, I am very content taking my vehicle to my neighborhood Lamb's.
When I called several months ago to ask about an oil change and tire rotation which when I spoke to one of the guys there said he would throw in for free to steer me away from going to my dealership for an oil change which I have done for years.They stuck to their promise. Wow! I was impressed that. Top Notch guys. Bill even pointed out that my inspection stick was expired and offered to put the new one on. Top notch move there guy!The would like to point out though that I am used to the service guys to advice me what needs to be attending to later. Toyota Charles Maund is known for that and I love it. The sheet they give me is clear and they let me know what needs to be attended to and how long I should get it in. May want to improve on that guys. Your sheet isn't that clear as far as letting you know what areas your car needs attending too. And I wasn't really informed what I needed to be done in the future but for an oil change it was a great place.
