Excellent Experience

I took my truck in originally on Saturday, March 25th. Because it was near lunch time, I was asked to bring back on Monday to take care of an issue. I dropped my truck off on Monday for an oil change and to have them diagnose a noise my truck was making. Chris was who I dealt with most. Very nice and did all he could to keep my repair costs down. Ended up having some other work done that the truck needed and again, Chris did his best to keep my cost down. My truck is great, they fixed the problem with the noise and the other repairs/maintenance I'd approved to be done. Overall, best experience I've had with a repair shop. I have other things that need to be done for maintenance and will definitely take it back to Lamb's. FYI most women are made to feel stupid when it comes to mechanical stuff and are treated rudely or are sometimes taken advantage of, I encourage any ladies out there that need repairs to take your vehicle to these guys, they will treat you right and with respect!

Service is great!!

Their services are great and honest. They checked my car very detailed and not overcharged for the service, and also provide very good updates after checking my car. Highly recommended!!

Great service

A Little Dissapointed

I took a trailer wheel/tire in for service several months ago. The service was outstanding and I was VERY pleased. I ordered four (4) tires from an online supplier and had them delivered to Lamb's for installation. The tires were High Performance tires, with directional tread. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my wheels and tires had been cleaned, prior to installation. This is VERY unusual for as installer. Unfortunately, when I checked the tire pressure after driving the car for about 30 minutes, I discovered that one of the tires had been mounted backwards.... as my wife pointed out, she did not even know that the tires HAD a right or wrong direction. With directional arrows on the sidewalls, this should not happen...

Oil change

Oil change was OK, but despite my refusal when asked I noticed they charged me for an air filter when I got home.

Brakes and a whole lot more

I had to get new brakes and the rotors machines. They were nice enough to give me a ride home and pick me up when the job was done since I didn't live too far away. I really appreciated that. Cars working great and I couldn't be more pleased.

Efficient and friendly service

I usually take my car to this location for all services and as always, the service was quick, friendly and fairly priced. This time was for my annual inspection and of course the car had no issues as it is maintained by Lambs on schedule. Thanks as always!

I was told that the $130+ tires were eligible for a rebate and later they said. Sorry that was last month- I'm sure I could have gotten something less expensive than Goodyear, had I known the tire weren't in the rebate.

Oil Change/Tire Rotation

Did a good through job. Checked other things that may need attention. Happy with the effort and work done.
