I HOPE THIS GETS READ.

I've been a customer here for years. 8.23.16 was the WORST day because of this shop.1) I waited over 2 1/2 HOURS to learn when I could get a new alternator. TOMORROW? Really? turns out I didn't even NEED an alternator. 2) ONLY AFTER 2.5 hours did they do a "VAT40" test. Should've been done within 30 min. of my arrival! Then, I had to wait 45 MINUTES for THAT test as "the 'ONE PERSON' who operates it is AT LUNCH! STAFF UP! TRAIN OTHERS HOW TO USE IT! 3) $103 to 'adjust serpentine belt' is criminal. It's a couple of BOLT adjustments. The belt had NOTHING to do with my car not starting. This 10-MIN. job took an HOUR; they could've replaced it for that $$ and time. 4). Four hours at your shop was a theft of my time. My bad battery should have been diagnosed within 30 min. of my arrival. I was treated VERY poorly on this day. It's usually a better experience. I blame the guy who had my "case". He botched every part of it. I'll never forget how my day & money were wasted.

Used Car Inspection - Great!

Ever wonder about test driving a used car and thinking about having a mechanic look at it? Lamb's has a $99 used car inspection service where they give a multi-point inspection. For me, they found a 'hidden' crack in a tail light, noted the battery was needing replacement, but nothing out of the ordinary about it. Made my used car (craigslist) purchase much less concerning!

Polite and fast

I stopped in without an appointment on a Saturday morning asking them to identified an odd noise my car was making. They diagnosed the problem,found a refurbished alternator and were done in two hours. I was very pleased with the service and the people.

Replaced a TPMS sensor

The mechanic replaced the TPMS sensor quickly and at a reasonable price. However, he did not turn off the panel light so I had to return the next day. The manager couldn't get the light turned off either so he sent me to Discount Tire. The folks at Discount Tire deflated the tire to 5 psi and then reinflated the tire to 32 psi and told me to drive around the block. That did it. I was happy with the repair and the fact that they referred me to someone else who got the rest of the job done. I'll be back.
