Good Service

Have been a customer with my CRV for years now. Very informative with both work done and needed.

Tire our purchase

Brian was professional, informative and followed up admirably. My appointment was scheduled and I was taken on time. I was also updated throughout the install of my new tires. Excellent.

Disenchanted

Honestly, until this most recent visit, I was a huge Lamb's fan. I'd always felt like the technicians and service representatives we dealt with were fair and honest. What's more, I always trusted that they had out best interests at heart. They've called me tow trucks, waived fees and such. But on this occasion, I came in for an oil change and left with an estimate for $3,000 worth of work that I was being told was in my best interest. At first, I was just going to hand over my credit card based on past experiences with Lamb's. Luckily, I went home and looked up the EXACT part numbers on Amazon. I could buy them myself for significantly less than half of the prices Lamb's listed. I'm talking about a difference of $1,000. And that was only for TWO of the twelve things suggested in the estimate. So, needless to say (especially since I'm reiterating the title of this review), I was disenchanted with Lamb's and am now second guessing every customer service experience I've ever received.

Was greeted tImely. the tech made every effort to accomodate me. the process went very smoothly.

Excellent Service!

Had a slow leak but really needed new tires. They were ordered from another store and put on the same day! Great service and follow up saving me time and $$ as it was a President's Day special.

state inspection

I found put that you are not suppose to check all the fluids in the car. You didn't need to check the cabin filter. You just did it to get people to buy extra stuff. If you needed fluids.

Great service

Lambs tire & automotive treated me quite well. I purchased a set of tires and an oil change and was very pleased at the level of professionalism and friendliness of their staff. They did inspections and pointed out to me several things that needed repair. I told them I would be doing the repairs myself, and they took the time to show me exactly what needed to be replaced. Thanks Lamb's Tire for your price match and quality service!

Corey was great, and the mechanics were friendly and efficient.

recent visit

I like the commitment to fixing our car at Lamb's Tire & Auto. Even if it takes all day and late in the evening. You are committed to getting it done. How different at the Lincoln service dept. They do not care if the customer needs the car the next day. They will close their shop at 5 p.m. and not finish until the next day or more.
