I am a bit angry for how much you charged me to replace my cabin air filter after watching a tube video that took them less than a minute, without tools, to replace. you charged me $22 in labor. Not the way to keep a loyal customer.

I brought in the car to have my ignition coils replaced (I provided the coils).After replacement I was told the engine light went off and the car was running well.When I picked up the car the next morning, I was told the light is back on, and that the pig tail connector for one of the coils is messed up.I brought car to another mechanic that informed me there is nothing wrong with the connectors, and that I need to go the dealership because my computer needs to be replaced.
Craig was very courteous and helpful. The new tires and brakes made the car very smooth and like new again.Thanks!

The tire had a chunk of metal embedded in it. They replaced it (the tire, not the chunk of metal). I feel this was a successful interaction.
Great Job
The job was awesome! Originally I went to get an oil change but my front brakes were way over due for maintenance. Even though my cost was more than I had anticipated but all worth it!! Now I don't have to worry about my front brakes!!
