My old battery from Lamb's did a great job but needed replacing. Lamb's no longer stocked that brand & model, but Kirk, the (Far West) manager, checked around town and found the same reliable model for me, received it within 45 minutes, and had it installed the same morning. Great personal service!
Excellent service. They are always great about educating me on what maintenance is coming up, specials available, and making sure I'm in and out as quick as possible.
The rep replied promptly and explained my car problem thoroughly. Within 1 day, my car was fixed. Excellent service!
Rick took my call in the morning and guaranteed that I would get in and have it done before they closed.. He made it happen even though I showed up with ten minutes til close, grabbed a bite to eat and it was ready for me. Great, timely service, and competitive rates.
