Forgot I have to get car inspected before I could renew my registration. Worked me right in. Awesome service and friendly staff.
I have been an customer for years and I am very satisfied with their service and inspections.
Dropped vehicle off around 7:40am, asked if service could be complete by noon - no problem I was told. Friend picked me up & we went t work. Co-worker dropped me off after 12:30pm. I asked for oil change & tire rotation. Told clerk I had hit pot hole so I wanted tires balanced. When I went to pick up during my lunch break I asked how far off the tires were, he told me they did not check because I said balance not align!!! This should have been addressed at drop off! I left vehicle for so tires could be aligned - Lamb's took me back to work -4 blocks. I called for pick up at prearranged time, 4:45pm - my co-worker took me after 5:00 since Lambs could not find me at same location as they dropped me off! After I got home, double checking bill I noticed I did not get the same synthetic oil that had previously been put into vehicle - even after talking to drop off person about wanting same type!! Over $100 difference - I should have paid closer attention before paying bill.

While recovering from surgery, I discovered that my car battery was dead. Of course, I called Lamb's right away. DeeDee recommended a towing service that could come to my home and jump start the battery so that I could drive to Lamb's. I was very pleased with this towing company. And when I arrived at Lamb's, DeeDee saw me coming and was already entering my information into the computer. She managed to have my car checked very quickly and thank goodness the only problem was the battery. I was able to get across town in time to pick up my grandkids after school. Such personal service is akin to the neighborly kindness you find in small towns. That is one of the reasons I have gone to this Lamb's location for 9 years. Another reason is that they have never talked down to me and have always explained problems so that I could understand. I highly recommend this location of Lamb's and in fact every other Lamb's location I have used in the past 20 years. Great job & great people!
Replaced worn out tires with new Generals. Service was good, out in a timely manner. Service manager was knowledgeable and helpful.

Lamb's has provided consistent, courteous care for my vehicle for many years.
Detailed testing determined it to be a bad battery versus Automator or other problem. Battery was ordered & replaced in an hour including the testing.
