They did exactly what I asked them to do for my vehicle and while they did inform me of another potential problem, they were not overly insistent or pushy about it like some places are. John has been great to work with during my two visits to this location.

Toyota Sequoia Truck

Overall our rating is poor. The mechanic's diagnosis contained incomplete statements and conclusions regarding how severe the damage was to the rear axle and overall suspension. Dee Dee and the mechanic were unable to communicate to my wife or I regarding a damaged axle or shock. My wife drove the truck after paying for two tires only to discover the steering wheel was turned to the right 20-30 degrees. When she called the store the man told her that if the car had a damaged axle it was was unsafe to drive. Why couldn't the axle be determined damage and communicated to use prior to release is the car? I asked the shop manager to call me and explain to me why there is an incomplete diagnosis and miscommunication between his employees and my wife and I. It has been three days and I have not heard from anyone. My wife is scared to drive the Sequoia. We have been using Lambs for over 6 years and paid thousand of dollars in multiple car repairs. This situation is disappointing.
