My experience with Lamb's was amazing. They started on my car right at my appointment time. They were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly, with great customer service.
Auto repair shops seem to come and go or change names regularly. I'm glad I tried Lambs, they have been there, been fair, and always explain the repairs.
SUV still not repaired. Replaced Starter failed after 5mo. New error codes showed up. Oil indicator lights up. MPG went down. Code repair guy not available until 3days out.
I loved the customer service I received and will be back anytime I need assistance. Fast and friendly.
Previous good service brought me back to the store Monday morning 7 AM. Rudy (store manager) greeted me with enthusiasm and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. Processed my tire warranty quickly, mounted and balanced the new tire and I was on my way in less than 40 minutes. As I was leaving, Rudy asked if I would give them the next opportunity on oil change and maintenance for my 2004 Honda Accord. I think I will !
Service and communication are always exceptional. Repairs are done in a reasonable amount of time. Prices are definitely better than the dealership or anybody else doing quality work. Ms. DeeDee, Brandon, and Cody have always taken great care of all my vehicles and that's why I'll keep coming back.

I had a great experience at Lamb's! Everyone was very friendly and the tech are very knowledgeable!
Filled up with gas and found I had a leak at the fuel filter. It was 3:30 pm on a Saturday. Fortunately Lambs Tire was only 5 minutes away. They were able to replace the filter in under 40 minutes. The Lambs team was helpful and friendly. Great service
I've been in Austin for 8 years and have always trusted their service and have recommended this shop.
