Again, Jim Cooper Tire and Auto was able to schedule my service with just a 2 day lead time. They began work on my car at the appointed time and had it completed within the time frame quoted.

As usual, I was greeted with a smile and our car was done quickly. Our car got a quick "check up" and I was told what maintenance we needed to do next time or in the near future without having to listen to "upselling". Jim Cooper lets me decide what maintenance I will do and what I can afford without being pushy, like I've experienced at other shops. I appreciate doing business with Jim Coopers in Eagan because when I get my car serviced, I don't have to return for any reason... oil changes don't result in an oil drip because the fastener WAS tightened enough, etc.
