Dropped off a tire with an embedded screw for extraction and patching. Ran a bunch of errands - got a call when it was complete, ran by and picked up the repaired tire - all good.

They take the time to explain what's happening to your car should you care to really know. I've never felt a high pressure sales pitch on the property either. If you need a mechanical shop that is honest and efficient you need to swing by one of their convenient location.
