I only use Jim Cooper's. They are always helpful and don't try to pressure me into getting work done. Just let me know what they found and I make the decision if I want to get work done.

Pleased with service

We had service done on our F-150 and was very pleased with Jim Coopers availability and accommodation for requesting additional service. They were thorough and called to clarify and ask questions to make sure we were all on the same page.

Oil change/tire rotation

Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Apt scheduling was quick, the place was clean and tiday, prices were comparable to the dealership I was going to.ill definatly be bsck.

Never disappointed

I took my vehicle in with a check engine light. Of course the light goes out when they drive into the shop. They tried everything to get it to come back. The part most likely causing the issue is quite expensive. They talked me into bringing it back when the check engine light comes on and stays on for a couple days so they can properly diagnose the issue with the light on. They wanted to make sure part they suspect is the culprit, so I just don't throw money away.
