Scheduling nightmare

I have been a Jim Cooper customer for over 7 years, buying all my tires and having all my servicing performed there, but something changed recently for the worse. I had a 10 AM appt,, I dropped my car off at 9:45, was asked if I was going to wait, I replied no, I am going to run a couple errands and stop back. I called at 1:30 PM and was told they haven't even pulled my car into the shop yet. I then went to the business where the manager told me he didn't know I needed my car "right away", he tried to apologize in what I would label a less than caring way, then he disappeared into his office leaving me to deal with the guy working at the counter. I have much more to say about what transpired, but this review will most likely end up in the trash heap shortly after my hitting the "send" button. I will close by saying I will no longer recommend Jim Cooper's, will share my experience with anyone that asks, will recommend they go elsewhere, and take my business where it is appreciated.
