Poor Scheduling

I had a 9:00 am appt for an oil change. Arrived @ 9 and checked in. I asked how long and was told 30-45 min. I told the Mgr(?) I was going to browse some other stores while I waited. I returned @ 9:30, car was still in lot (not touched). Car went into shop @9:35. I sat in the waiting room until 10:30 when my car was finally "ready". I asked why it took 90 min for an oil change and tire rotation and found out the tires had not been rotated! I had been told when I bought the tires that free rotation was included with oil changes. That was the only reason I came back to Hogan's rather than go to the dealer which has a cheaper price but not include rotation. I am not a "Happy Camper". I will return to the shop and schedule a time for the rotation when I will not have to wait and hour plus.

The long wait was disappointing and after looking at my receipt I see I was charged $16.00 for lifetime wheel balance which I didn't ask for or was never told about

Called to get car inspected, w

was told 1 hour wait. That hour turned into 3 hours, when they supposedly had 2 guys inspecting. Hogans estimate for to repair car to pass inspection was $1400 plus. I took it to Midas and it cost $180 to pass inspection.

I'm not as happy with the service that I have revived the last two times I have been there. It has been very short with no one to review my service. This time it only took 15 Mins to service my saturn.
