had a flat had spare on the fixed on flat but did not put spare back under suv. I had to crawl under and do it when I got home.

low tire pressure still

The warning light still reads "low tire pressure". I told them that when I dropped it off and just before I drove off. I am wondering if they did not perform a proper evaluation?

Excuses and rip off

I had my engine replaced by this place in 2014, I took my car in to be inspected and was told my power steering line needed to be replaced and that my oil pan is leaking. I spent 400-500 at that time to have gasket kits and hoses...2 1/2 years later I am told this? When of course it's out of the warranty. The oil gasket should have been replaced at that time. I was given an alarmist that it was leaking but not gushing yet. They kept it for 24 hours about after and said that they checked it, tightened bolts and cleaned it...I got 3 different stories. They did knock off the power steering flush because that was not mentioned when I asked about it being replaced. I am going to be taking my car to a dealership from now on, because I want them to check everything. I am really worried about driving my car now since they have taken my peace of mind about their work. You lost a customer that has spent a lot of money there in the last 4 years...I hope it was worth it.

Service was what it should be and was exceptable. I am a little disgruntled at the BS charges for oil disposal and " shop supplies". When you advertise an oil change at 19.95 that's what it should be : not inflated with bogus extras.If you apply those charges as a mater of standard pricing then that should be advertised that way,Thank you
