Safety First!

I had an older car that I had just inherited and needed it serviced before a road trip. Phillip and his team were able to get me safely on the road in time and also provided me shuttle to the metro to make planned appointments on the day the vehicle needed to be serviced. Phillip also provided me reasonable options for the level of investment that I was willing to make. I was able to make the long-distance trip safely and much appreciate the care and assistance provided.

Good service

The service was prompt, recommended maintenance and repairs were presented without pushing.Regular maintanance like oil chage is the lowest around (with coupon).However prices for other repairs that I was offered, in my opinion, were quite high, I ended up making repair using alternative route.

Brought my vehicle in for an emission test. They noticed my reverse lights were not working. Able to repair issue that day, gave me my vehicle manufacturer's list of areas of concern based on mileage and explained why I should have those parts replaced and sent me on my way. Always friendly and knowledgeable.

The manager was quick to determine my requirements - oil/filter change and tire rotation. We discussed options on oil and costs. He explained the various checks that would be made and explained the discounts available. The price was VERY reasonable. After the work was done he gave me a written report on the status of my car's systems that were checked to include tire pressure on the rotated tired and spare. The report included tread depth measurements in all tires. The work was done immediately and quickly. I will be bringing in another car this week for the same service.
